Add a MCP server

Inno Setup does not include a MCP server.

Add one to assist AI coding tools. The MCP server would at least be able to:

• Compile scripts and report the results.

• Provide access to the latest documentation, examples, and other reference information.

• Return a list of recently opened scripts.

• Open a script in the Compiler IDE.
