Add support for regular expressions

Adding support for regular expressions would be handy for validating the format of things like email addresses and serial numbers in code.

I believe support it is built into Delphi and XE and above, so it should just be a case of including the particular class. Older versions of Delphi can use the same library that Embarcadeo licenced: https://www.regular-expressions.info/delphi.html
