Make documentation great again

Documentation is often the poor relation of development, in order to help developer to write documentation, allow him to speed up this part.

For example, on qt creator or other IDE’s above a function, you enter /// and the doxygen documentation is added with all parameters etc… this allows to the developer to have pre-documented part and all the parts to be documented
