A check should be done only on Windows 11, if the physical sector is larger than 4k, in which case a fix should be applied in the registry. It is very difficult to get PhysicalBytesPerSectorForAtomicity and PhysicalBytesPerSectorForPerformance, we need a function that retunes these values.
