Support Opening Multiple Files in a Single Window Using Tabs

Currently, each file is opened in a separate window, which can become cumbersome when working on larger projects or multiple scripts at the same time. It would be a significant usability improvement if Inno Setup allowed multiple files to be opened within a single window using tabs, similar to modern web browsers or code editors.

It would make it easier to switch between files, keep related scripts together, and reduce desktop clutter. This is especially helpful when comparing files, copying content between them, or working on includes and main setup scripts simultaneously.
